Arsenal had open lines and prompt communication. When a build deviation was entertained they contacted me for my approval. Shipping was on time considering this was a custom build. The item arrived well-packed and thoroughly stabilized with no scratches. In fact, it was super clean. Cable management was very clear and extra parts were neatly packed. PC ran and runs without a hitch. MSFS runs full resolution very cleanly. I have not put it through gaming scenarios (except for Vanguard Archon Zombies just to kill time). It is obvious that they tested this unit to make sure it was perfect prior to shipping. I would definitely recommend Arsenal as a seller and have done so already.
