If an order for a custom-built PC is cancelled after assembly has begun, or if an order for a product with personalized elements is cancelled, a restocking fee may apply. If a cancellation request is received after an order has shipped, it will be treated as a return, subject to our Shipping & Returns Policy.

Processing and Shipping

It is the Customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate and complete shipping address. Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods shall not apply to this Agreement. The Customer agrees not to bring any legal action against ArsenalPC based on any legal theory more than one year after the date of the applicable invoice or the accrual of the cause of action.
