First time I have purchased an assembled machine. Been building my own since 1993. This one worked right out of the box without issues. Performing as advertised. Time will tell, of course through burn in, but so far, no problems and is functioning very well. Arsenal did provide a tech help phone number, but I haven’t needed it.
