Scope and Application
This warranty statement is applicable to new desktop computer systems purchased directly from ArsenalPC.com and is offered to the original purchaser only.
For computer systems purchased directly from ArsenalPC.com and shipped outside the U.S. continental territory, please reach out via our Contact Page for specific warranty information and stipulations as additional charges or different terms may apply.
For computer systems purchased from a third-party retailer or marketplace, please refer to the warranty terms provided by that retailer, as some details of this statement may not be applicable. Your primary warranty support will typically be through that retailer.

Limited Warranty on ArsenalPC New Desktop Computer Systems
ArsenalPC offers the following standard warranty. Optional extended warranties may be available at the time of purchase or as a separate upgrade; please refer to your invoice for specific coverage.
1-Year Standard Limited Warranty:
This is the default warranty for all new ArsenalPC desktop systems unless otherwise specified on your invoice.
- 1-Year Labor: ArsenalPC will cover the cost of labor for diagnosis and repair of covered hardware defects for one (1) year from the original date of invoice.
- 1-Year Parts: ArsenalPC will cover the cost of replacement parts for covered hardware defects for one (1) year from the original date of invoice.
Optional Extended Warranties (Example Offerings):
ArsenalPC may, from time to time, offer extended warranty options. If you purchased an extended warranty, its terms will be specified on your sales invoice. Examples might include:
- 2-Year Extended Warranty: Potentially 2-years parts and 2-years labor.
- 3-Year Extended Warranty: Potentially 3-years parts and 3-years labor.
Details of any extended warranty, including specific coverage for parts and labor, will be clearly stated on your purchase invoice if selected.
Limited Warranty on ArsenalPC Refurbished Desktop Computer Systems (If Applicable)
If ArsenalPC offers refurbished desktop systems, they will be covered by a specific warranty outlined at the time of sale. A typical example might be:
90-Day Standard Limited Warranty:
- 90-days parts and 90-days labor from the original date of invoice for refurbished systems.
Refurbished systems may also have a limited money-back guarantee (e.g., 14-days), excluding shipping and handling. This will be specified on the product page and invoice.
Standard Limited Warranty – General Terms
ArsenalPC warrants its new desktop computer systems and their parts to the original purchaser against defects in materials or workmanship for the period specified in the applicable warranty included with the purchase, from the original date of invoice. During this period, ArsenalPC will repair or replace defective parts with new or reconditioned parts at ArsenalPC’s option, without charge for parts (as per your warranty coverage). Labor charges will be covered as per your specific warranty term. All original parts replaced by ArsenalPC or its authorized service centers become the property of ArsenalPC. All components repaired or replaced by ArsenalPC will be covered under warranty for the remaining period of the original warranty or for no less than 90 days after the repair invoice date, whichever is longer. You may be responsible for payment, at current rates, for any service or repair outside the scope of this limited warranty.
ArsenalPC makes no other warranty, either expressed or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or conformity to any representation or description, with respect to this computer other than as set forth in this document.
Except as provided herein, ArsenalPC is not liable for any loss, cost, loss of work, loss of data, expense, inconvenience, or damage that may result from use or inability to use the computer. Under no circumstances shall ArsenalPC be liable for any loss, cost, expense, inconvenience, or damage exceeding the purchase price of the computer.
ArsenalPC is a system integrator. Products sold by ArsenalPC are assembled from components manufactured by various third parties. These components may be covered by each respective manufacturer’s warranty, service, and support policy (if any) even beyond the length of ArsenalPC’s warranty. ArsenalPC assigns and passes through to the Customer any warranty of the manufacturer, and Customer acknowledges that it shall have recourse only under such warranties and only as against the manufacturer of the products for issues extending beyond ArsenalPC’s warranty period or scope.
Data Responsibility: In the normal course of repairs, it may be necessary to reformat or replace storage drives that contain personal data. Reformatting drives will remove all data and program files. Should a drive be inaccessible or fail, data and files may not be retrievable. If a drive has corrupted files, repartitioning and/or reformatting may be necessary. ArsenalPC will endeavor to contact you before performing such tasks if it deviates from the initial troubleshooting plan, but this may not always be possible. ArsenalPC is not responsible for data loss under any circumstances. It is your sole responsibility to back up all software and data on your system’s hard drive(s) and/or any other storage device(s) before returning the system for service.
The warranty and remedies set forth herein are exclusive and in lieu of all others, oral or written, expressed or implied. No reseller, agent, or employee is authorized to make any modification, extension, or addition to this warranty without explicit written consent from ArsenalPC management.
Warranty Conditions
The above Limited Warranty is subject to the following conditions:
- Eligibility: This warranty extends only to products purchased directly from ArsenalPC.com by the original purchaser. You must retain your bill of sale or other proof of purchase (such as your order number) to receive warranty service.
- Normal Use: This warranty covers only normal use of the computer in accordance with product specifications and user manuals.
- No Defect Found: In the event that your computer system or component is returned to ArsenalPC for repair or replacement, and no defect in materials or workmanship is found, or if the reported problem cannot be replicated, you may be subject to return shipping charges and/or current labor charges for diagnostic services.
- Software: ArsenalPC accepts no responsibility for any software programs, data, or information stored on any media or any parts of any products returned for repair. All pre-installed software programs are licensed to customers under the respective software vendor’s terms and conditions. ArsenalPC makes no warranty, either expressed or implied, regarding third-party (non-ArsenalPC) software.
- Missing/Incorrect Components: If you receive your shipment with incorrect or missing components, you must notify ArsenalPC within seven (7) business days of receipt by contacting us via our Contact Page.
What This Warranty Does NOT Cover:
- Any damages to components, hardware, and/or assembly of the products, including but not limited to damages caused as a result of neglect, abuse, accidents, misuse, natural disasters (fire, flood, lightning, etc.), or unusual physical, electrical, or electromechanical stress (including uninterrupted use for purposes like cryptocurrency mining unless the system was specifically sold for such a purpose and noted on the invoice).
- Products that are modified outside of factory specifications and/or not in factory condition. This includes, but is not limited to, unauthorized overclocking leading to component failure.
- Products with modification to the serial number and/or factory identification labels whether removed, relocated, falsified, defaced, damaged, altered, or made illegible.
- Damages to the PCB (Printed Circuit Board) such as cuts, scratches, warps, bends, cracks, dents, or breaks.
- Any missing or removed hardware, components, and/or assemblies of the Product not reported within 7 days of receipt.
- Cosmetic damages deemed outside of reasonable usage, such as deep scratches, cuts, cracks, dents, discoloration, neglect, or damage from dropping or mishandling the product.
- Products exposed to liquid, liquid residue, or excessive environments resulting in rust, moisture, dampness, stains, corrosion, or liquid spills on components, hardware, or electronics. Burns or component flare-ups as a result of a liquid accident or spill.
- Exposure to excessive cigarette/vape tar residue, dampness, sand, dirt, dust, or excessive debris affecting internal components.
- Products rendered non-functional due to an accident, collision with an object or tool, use of excessive force, neglect for care, exposure to fire or abnormal heat, flooding, windstorms, earthquakes, excessive weather conditions, theft, blown fuses, improper use of any electrical source, or overloaded electrical circuits.
- Products rendered non-functional due to insect or pest infestation. In such cases, repair will cease, and the system will be returned as-is or disposed of at customer expense if requested.
- Defects or damage resulting from the use of a third-party product in conjunction or connection with accessories, products, software, or secondary peripheral equipment not furnished for usage with or approved for the product by ArsenalPC.
- Defects or damage resulting from improper testing, operation, maintenance, installation service, adjustment, or overclocking not provided or approved by ArsenalPC.
- The use of inadequate shipment packaging or inadequate packing material resulting in damages to the product while in transit back to ArsenalPC.
- The overall warranty is not automatically voided by changes to the BIOS or firmware of components or using software to modify component behavior. However, if such modifications cause damage to or lead to the failure of any part of the computer, then the warranty on the affected part(s) or the system may be voided.
- Products purchased from unauthorized resellers or dealers or marketplace websites. If you are unsure whether a reseller is an Authorized Reseller, please contact ArsenalPC via our Contact Page for confirmation.
- Support and costs involved to install or configure the product for any third-party software application or hardware device, or network/wireless configuration, beyond initial setup as delivered.
- The overall warranty is not voided if a customer adds or upgrades components. However, those individual components added by the customer are not covered under this ArsenalPC warranty. Further, if the added/upgraded components cause damage to or lead to the failure of any original ArsenalPC part, then the warranty on the affected original part(s) may be voided.
- Damage caused by illegal/illegitimate software or viruses.
- Damage caused by faulty third-party power strips, surge protectors, and/or extension cords.
- Manufacturing seals or stickers on components (like GPUs, PSUs) being removed, cut, or damaged may void the warranty for that specific component.
- Consumables, gifts, and package materials included with the product.
Money-Back Satisfaction Guarantee (If Offered)
ArsenalPC may offer a limited Money-Back Guarantee for new computer systems purchased directly from ArsenalPC.com. Please check your sales invoice, the product page at the time of purchase, or our Shipping & Returns Policy for applicability and duration (e.g., 14-day or 30-day).
If a Money-Back Guarantee is offered and applicable:
- It typically applies to the original purchaser only.
- It does NOT apply to systems purchased from third-party retailers.
- The guarantee period begins from the original date of invoice.
- It does NOT include shipping, handling, and any rush service fees. It may not extend to opened software, additional parts/peripherals, special order merchandise, or any custom-etched/painted products.
- Products must be returned in as-new condition, with all original packaging, accessories, and manuals. Missing items or damage may result in a restocking fee or denial of the refund.
- For items sold with “FREE SHIPPING,” the actual outbound shipping cost incurred by ArsenalPC may be deducted from the refund amount.
- Requests for refund under this guarantee must be made within the specified period.
Post-Warranty Service Conditions
Should your computer require repair after your warranty period (parts and/or labor) has expired, the following conditions apply:
- The general exclusions and conditions above (e.g., “What this warranty does NOT cover”) still apply.
- You will be responsible for current labor rates for diagnosis and repair, plus the cost of any replacement parts.
- Replacement parts will be charged at current prices and will typically carry a 90-day warranty.
- If original parts are no longer available, ArsenalPC may offer equivalent or comparable components. You will be provided with a quote.
- You will have the option to accept the repair quote or decline it and have your computer system returned unrepaired (return shipping charges will apply).
- ArsenalPC will not accept customer-supplied parts to be used in repairs.
- You are responsible for all shipping charges to and from the ArsenalPC facility.
Procedures for Obtaining Warranty Service
RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Policy:
All returns for repair or refund (if applicable) require preapproval by ArsenalPC and an RMA number to be issued before sending any product back to our facility. Before issuing an RMA number, ArsenalPC will verify warranty status. You must be able to provide proof of purchase (e.g., order number, invoice copy) and the computer serial number.
- Shipping Costs: For valid in-warranty repairs, the customer is typically responsible for shipping costs to ArsenalPC. ArsenalPC will cover standard ground shipping costs back to the customer within the continental U.S. after a warranty repair is completed. Expedited shipping or shipping outside the continental U.S. will incur additional charges. ArsenalPC may, on a case-by-case basis, provide a prepaid shipping label for the initial return if the issue is diagnosed as a clear out-of-box failure or significant defect early in the warranty period.
- ArsenalPC will not reimburse shipping costs paid by the customer unless explicitly agreed upon in writing beforehand.
- No COD (Cash on Delivery) packages will be accepted.
Types of RMA Returns:
- Refund RMA: Issued for computer system returns being returned for an approved refund under an applicable Money-Back Guarantee or our Shipping & Returns Policy. All peripherals and extra items must be returned to obtain the maximum refund; anything missing may be deducted. Some fees (shipping, rush service) may be non-refundable.
- Repair RMA: Issued for computer system repairs. A full, detailed description of the issue should be provided. Return only the computer system tower/unit unless specifically instructed otherwise by ArsenalPC support (do not send peripherals, software, or power cords unless requested, to avoid loss).
- Parts Exchange RMA: For individual components determined to be defective by ArsenalPC support, an exchange may be arranged. ArsenalPC may require the defective part to be returned first before a replacement is sent, or may offer an advance replacement with a credit card hold for the value of the part, which is released upon timely return of the defective part.
Procedures and Additional Information for Returning RMA Products:
- The RMA number must be clearly written on the outside of the shipping package. Packages received without a visible RMA number may be refused or experience significant processing delays.
- RMA numbers are typically valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issuance. The product must be received by ArsenalPC within this period.
- Obtaining an RMA number does NOT guarantee acceptance as a warranty transaction if the product is received after the warranty expiration or if the issue is found to be outside warranty coverage upon inspection.
- Packaging: The sender assumes full responsibility to ensure the computer or parts are packed properly to avoid physical damage during shipping. ArsenalPC strongly recommends retaining and utilizing original boxes and packaging, including internal foam or a similar well-protected box. Use ample bubble wrap or foam. ArsenalPC will not be responsible for shipping damage caused by improperly or inadequately packed products. Damage incurred due to poor packaging may void the warranty or result in repair charges for such damage.
- Data Backup: Crucially, before you return the product to ArsenalPC, make sure to back up any data from the hard drive(s) and from any other storage device in the product. Remove all confidential, proprietary, and personal information, as well as removable media. ArsenalPC is not responsible for any confidential, proprietary, or personal information; lost or corrupted data; or damaged or lost removable media.
- Remove any hardware that you added (not part of the original ArsenalPC configuration) prior to the return, unless instructed otherwise.
To obtain an RMA number, please contact ArsenalPC Technical Support via our Contact Page and have the following information ready:
- Your Name (as on the original order)
- Shipping address and Telephone number (Telephone number may be requested via the contact form for callback purposes if necessary)
- ArsenalPC Order Number or Invoice Number
- Computer Serial Number (usually found on a sticker on the rear or bottom of the chassis)
- A detailed description of the issue(s) you are experiencing.
Shipping Damage, Loss, and Claims
ArsenalPC will ship to the address provided by the customer. Once the carrier confirms delivery to that address, ArsenalPC’s responsibility for physical possession typically ends. If you suspect theft after delivery, contact local authorities and inform ArsenalPC via our Contact Page so we can assist with any carrier claims if applicable.
If you receive a product with visible damage to the shipping box, and you suspect the contents may be damaged:
- Refuse delivery if the damage appears severe. The carrier will return it to ArsenalPC.
- If you accept it, or if damage is noticed later: Note the damage with the carrier if possible.
- Immediately take clear and detailed photos of the damaged box (before opening if possible) and the damaged product (if any) upon opening.
- Retain all original shipping boxes and packing materials.
- Contact ArsenalPC Support via our Contact Page within 48 hours of delivery to report the damage.
If ArsenalPC receives any returns (computers or parts) that have incurred physical damage during transit to us:
- We will assess if the damage appears to be due to inadequate packaging by the sender or mishandling by the carrier.
- If damage is deemed due to improper packaging by the sender, the sender will be responsible for costs. You may opt to file a claim with your chosen carrier. Repairs for such damage will not be covered under warranty.
- If damage appears to be carrier-related despite reasonable packaging, ArsenalPC will work with you and the carrier to resolve the claim, provided an ArsenalPC-issued shipping label was used or the shipment was insured.
Shipping the Return
Once you have an RMA number, ensure it is clearly marked on the outside of the package. Ship the computer, well-packaged and preferably insured, to:
