Please read this privacy policy carefully. If you do not agree with the terms of this privacy policy, please do not access the site.

This Privacy Policy is incorporated by reference into our Terms & Conditions.

2. Information We Collect

We may collect information about you in a variety of ways. The information we may collect on the Site includes:

2.1. Personal Data You Provide to Us

We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when you register on the Site (if applicable), place an order, subscribe to our newsletter, respond to a survey, fill out a form, or otherwise contact us.

The personal information we collect may include the following:

  • Contact Information: Such as your name, email address, postal address (billing and shipping), and phone number.
  • Account Information: Such as your username and password (if you create an account).
  • Payment Information: When you make a purchase, your payment data (e.g., credit card number, CVV) is processed by our third-party payment processors, such as PayPal and WooCommerce Payments (which processes major credit cards like Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, debit cards, and digital wallets like Apple Pay or Google Pay where available). We do not store your full payment card details on our servers. We may store information about the transaction, such as items purchased, transaction ID, and the last four digits of your card for verification purposes.
  • Communications: When you contact us (e.g., via our Contact Page or Support Portal), we may collect records and copies of your correspondence.

2.2. Information Automatically Collected

When you visit, use, or navigate the Site, we may automatically collect certain information. This information does not reveal your specific identity (like your name or contact information) but may include device and usage information, such as your IP address, browser and device characteristics, operating system, language preferences, referring URLs, device name, country, general location (derived from IP address), information about how and when you use our Site, and other technical information. This information is primarily needed to maintain the security and operation of our Site, and for our internal analytics and reporting purposes.

Like many businesses, we also collect information through cookies and similar tracking technologies. You can find out more about this in Section 4 (“Cookies and Tracking Technologies”). We also use a Facebook Pixel, which is a piece of code that allows us to measure, optimize, and build audiences for our advertising campaigns. It enables us to see how users interact with our Site, track conversions, and serve more relevant advertisements on Facebook and its partner networks.

2.3. Information Collected Through Analytics Services

We may use third-party analytics services, such as Google Analytics and Google Search Console, to help us understand and analyze how users use the Site. These services may use cookies and similar technologies to collect information about your use of the Site, including your IP address, pages visited, time spent on pages, links clicked, scrolling behavior, page load times, outbound links clicked, and conversion information. This information is used to evaluate and improve our Site and services, understand user engagement, and support our marketing and advertising efforts. Information collected by Google Analytics is typically aggregated and may be anonymized. For more information on how Google uses data, please visit Google’s Privacy & Terms.

2.4. Information for Email Marketing

If you choose to subscribe to our email marketing list (e.g., for newsletters or promotions), we will collect your email address and potentially your name to send you these communications. We may use tracking technologies within these emails (provided by our third-party email marketing service provider) to collect information about your interaction with our emails, such as whether you open an email or click on a link within an email. This helps us measure the effectiveness of our campaigns and improve our communications. You can opt-out of these communications at any time.

You can opt-out of our marketing emails at any time (see Section 8 “Your Rights and Choices”).
  • To Improve Our Site and Services: To analyze usage trends, gather demographic information, and improve the functionality, user experience, and product offerings of our Site. This includes analyzing user behavior such as clicks, scrolling, page loading, and navigation patterns.
  • For Security and Fraud Prevention Purposes: To help maintain the safety, security, and integrity of our Site, products and services, databases and other technology assets, and business, including verifying orders to prevent fraud.
  • To Comply with Legal Obligations: To comply with applicable laws, regulations, legal processes, or governmental requests.

4. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies (like web beacons and pixels) to access or store information. Cookies are small data files stored on your hard drive or in device memory that help us improve our Site and your experience, see which areas and features of our Site are popular, and count visits.

Our cookie consent banner allows you to manage your preferences for certain types of cookies.

  • Necessary Cookies: These cookies are essential for the website to function properly and cannot be switched off. They help with things like logging into your account, maintaining your shopping cart session, processing orders, and setting your privacy preferences.
  • Analytical Cookies: These cookies help us understand how visitors interact with our Site by collecting and reporting information anonymously. This includes tracking page views, scrolling behavior, click-through rates, and other interaction data. We use this information to measure the effectiveness of our content and make improvements to the Site’s design and functionality.
  • Advertising Cookies: These cookies are used to provide extra features and personalization, and to deliver advertisements more relevant to you and your interests. They may be set by us or by partners whose services we use, such as Google and Facebook. They may be used to track your Browse across other sites and build a profile of your interests.
  • Preference Cookies: We may use cookies to remember your settings and preferences (like language or region) to enhance your experience.

5. Sharing and Disclosure of Your Information

We may share your information with third parties in the following situations:

  • Service Providers: We may share your information with third-party vendors, service providers, contractors, or agents who perform services for us or on our behalf and require access to such information to do that work. Examples include:
    • Payment processing (e.g., PayPal, WooCommerce Payments and its underlying processors).

These service providers are contractually obligated to protect your data and are restricted from using your personal information in any way other than to provide services for ArsenalPC.

  • Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information where we are legally required to do so in order to comply with applicable law, governmental requests, a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process.
  • Business Transfers: We may share or transfer your information in connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, sale of company assets, financing, or acquisition of all or a portion of our business to another company.
  • To Protect Rights and Property: We may disclose information when we believe it’s necessary to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding potential violations of our policies, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the safety of any person and illegal activities, or as evidence in litigation in which we are involved.
  • With Your Consent: We may disclose your personal information for any other purpose with your explicit consent.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

6. Data Security

We have implemented appropriate technical and organizational security measures designed to protect the security of any personal information we process. This includes using SSL technology for data in transit and working with payment processors that are PCI compliant. However, please also remember that we cannot guarantee that the internet itself is 100% secure. Although we will do our best to protect your personal information, transmission of personal information to and from our Site is at your own risk. You should only access the services within a secure environment.

7. Data Retention

We will only keep your personal information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this privacy policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (such as tax, accounting, or other legal requirements). For example, we will retain order information for a period necessary to comply with applicable tax and accounting laws, which is often several years.

When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymize it, or, if this is not possible (for example, because your personal information has been stored in backup archives), then we will securely store your personal information and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.

  • Opt-Out of Marketing Communications: You can unsubscribe from our marketing email list at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe link in the emails that we send or by contacting us through our Contact Page or Support Portal. You will then be removed from the marketing email list – however, we will still need to send you service-related emails that are necessary for the administration and use of your account or to process your orders.
  • Cookie Controls: You can manage your cookie preferences via our cookie banner or through your browser/device settings, as described in Section 4.
  • Object to Processing: You may have the right to object to certain types of processing.
