General Conditions

We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. Payment Methods

For any shipments outside the U.S. (if offered), you are responsible for all applicable customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country.

If an order is suspected of being fraudulent or poses a high risk, it may be cancelled, or we may ask for an alternative form of payment or identity verification. Pricing Policy

Our most current pricing is posted on our Website. Prices and promotions are subject to change without notice. Special offers or sale prices are valid only for the period stated and cannot be applied retroactively. Prices are non-negotiable. While we make every effort to ensure accuracy, some items on our Website may occasionally be priced incorrectly. If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical, photographical, or technical error, or an error in pricing information received from our suppliers, ArsenalPC reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price, whether or not the order has been confirmed and your payment processed.

Order Changes and Cancellations

You may request a change to or cancellation of your order, provided it has not yet entered the advanced stages of processing or shipping. Please note that changes to an order (e.g., component selection in a custom build, shipping address) may result in processing delays and/or price adjustments. If an order for a custom-built PC is cancelled after assembly has begun, or if an order for a product with personalized elements is cancelled, a restocking fee may apply. If a cancellation request is received after an order has shipped, it will be treated as a return, subject to our Shipping & Returns Policy.

Processing and Shipping

Processing Time: Estimated processing times for orders (e.g., for custom PC builds, prebuilt systems, or accessories) may be indicated on product pages or at checkout. These are estimates and not guarantees. Processing times can vary based on factors such as component availability, order volume, payment verification, and customization complexity. Orders are typically processed on business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). Shipping: Shipping methods, estimated delivery times, and costs will be presented at checkout. ArsenalPC is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our direct control. It is the Customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate and complete shipping address. Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. Order Status

We will endeavor to keep you informed of your order’s progress via email notifications. Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will typically be provided. You may also be able to view your order status by logging into your account on our Website, if applicable.

User Accounts

Affiliate Program Terms

These terms and conditions (“Affiliate Terms”) govern your participation in the ArsenalPC Affiliate Program. By applying to and participating in the program, you agree to be bound by these Affiliate Terms, in addition to the general Terms & Conditions of ArsenalPC.com.

1. Program Eligibility & Application

To be eligible for the ArsenalPC Affiliate Program, applicants must meet the criteria outlined on our Affiliates Page, including maintaining an active content presence (website, YouTube channel, social media) focused on gaming or technology, and meeting minimum traffic/follower requirements. ArsenalPC reserves the right to approve or reject any application at its sole discretion. We may also terminate participation in the program at any time, for any reason.

2. Commission Structure & Payouts

  • Commission Rate: Affiliates earn a commission of up to 5% on qualifying sales generated through their unique tracking links. The specific commission rate may vary based on product category or promotional campaigns, as communicated by ArsenalPC.
  • Cookie Duration: A 30-day cookie window applies. Commissions are attributed to the last affiliate link clicked by a customer within this 30-day period.
  • Qualifying Sales: Commissions are earned only on completed sales that are not returned, canceled, or subject to chargebacks. Sales for which a refund is issued or an order is canceled prior to shipment will not be eligible for commission.
  • Payouts: Payments are processed monthly on a Net 30 basis (approximately 30 days after the end of the month in which the commission was earned). A minimum payout threshold (e.g., $50 USD) may apply; if earnings do not meet this threshold, they will roll over to the next payment cycle. Payments are typically made via PayPal or bank transfer, as agreed upon during enrollment. Affiliates are responsible for any fees associated with receiving payouts (e.g., PayPal fees, bank transfer fees) and for all applicable taxes on earned commissions.

3. Tracking & Reporting

Affiliates will be provided with unique tracking links to monitor clicks, conversions, and earnings. While ArsenalPC provides data for commission calculation, affiliates are encouraged to use their own analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to track performance of their promotional efforts. ArsenalPC is not responsible for any tracking discrepancies arising from browser settings, ad blockers, or other technical issues beyond our control.

4. Promotional Guidelines & Conduct

  • Honest Representation: Affiliates must promote ArsenalPC products and services truthfully and accurately. Misleading claims, false advertising, or unethical marketing practices are strictly prohibited.
  • FTC Disclosure: Affiliates must clearly and conspicuously disclose their affiliate relationship with ArsenalPC in all promotional content, in accordance with the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines. This includes, but is not limited to, social media posts, videos, blog articles, and email marketing.
  • Brand Standards: Affiliates must maintain the professional image and brand standards of ArsenalPC. Content should be appropriate, respectful, and align with the gaming/tech community ethos.
  • Prohibited Activities: Affiliates are prohibited from:
    • Using any form of spamming (email, forum, social media, etc.).
    • Bidding on ArsenalPC brand terms or variations in paid search campaigns.
    • Using malware, adware, or other deceptive software.
    • Engaging in self-referrals (purchasing through one’s own link for commission).
    • Employing any illegal or unethical methods to generate sales.

5. Intellectual Property

Affiliates are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use ArsenalPC’s trademarks, logos, and provided promotional materials solely for the purpose of promoting ArsenalPC products within the scope of the affiliate program. Affiliates may not alter, modify, or misrepresent ArsenalPC’s intellectual property. All intellectual property rights remain with ArsenalPC.

6. Termination

ArsenalPC reserves the right to terminate an affiliate’s participation in the program at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice. Reasons for termination may include, but are not limited to, violation of these Affiliate Terms, fraudulent activity, or inactivity. Upon termination, any outstanding commissions will be paid, provided they meet the minimum payout threshold and are not associated with fraudulent activity. All rights granted to the affiliate will immediately cease.

7. Disclaimer of Liability (Affiliates)

ArsenalPC makes no express or implied warranties or representations with respect to the Affiliate Program or an affiliate’s potential to earn income from the program. ArsenalPC shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of revenue, profits, or data) arising in connection with this program, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our aggregate liability arising with respect to the program will not exceed the total commission fees paid or payable to the affiliate under this Agreement in the preceding 12 months.

8. Indemnification (Affiliates)

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ArsenalPC, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your participation in the Affiliate Program, including but not limited to any breach of these Affiliate Terms, misuse of ArsenalPC’s intellectual property, or any claims arising from your promotional activities.

Purchases May Not Be Resold Or Exported

Your purchase is for your own use, not for resale, export, re-export, or transfer in violation of U.S. export control laws and regulations. You are responsible for compliance with all applicable export laws.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms & Conditions or the sales transaction between ArsenalPC and Customer shall be governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, United States, without regard to its conflicts of law rules. ArsenalPC and Customer consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and the venue of the State and Federal Courts located in Cuyahoga County or Lake County, Ohio, to resolve any dispute between them related hereto. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods shall not apply to this Agreement. The Customer agrees not to bring any legal action against ArsenalPC based on any legal theory more than one year after the date of the applicable invoice or the accrual of the cause of action.

Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, the Website itself and all original source code, databases, functionality, software, Website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics created by ArsenalPC for the Website (collectively, the “ArsenalPC Content”) and the trademarks, service marks, and logos created by or for ArsenalPC contained therein (the “ArsenalPC Marks”) are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and trademark laws and various other intellectual property rights. Severability
